Optimum plate thickness and number of longitudinal ribs is determined 
for successively lower weights when this option is selected after 
selecting 'trades' under CON (PROGRAM CONTROL).  

Rib widths and skin thicknesses which satisfy margin requirements are 
also found in each iteration. Only minimum dimension constraints are 
used in the SST optimization process.
